IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

DealSentryAI provides an online educational real estate deal analysis tool that performs mathematical calculations to help investors evaluate rental properties, BRRRR deals, and fix-and-flip projects. All results are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, or legal advice.
Those who access the Services from locations outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws and treaties around the world.
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services solely for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purpose. No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, or exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. By submitting suggestions or feedback regarding the Services, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. You retain full ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with your feedback.
DealSentryAI offers a free tier that allows users to perform up to 3 deal analyses per month at no charge. No credit card is required for the free tier.
DealSentryAI Pro is available at $14.99 per month. The subscription automatically renews monthly until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are in US Dollars.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at dealsentryai@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email and will not be charged for future billing periods. Pro access continues through the end of your current paid billing period.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at dealsentryai@gmail.com within 7 days of a charge. We are not obligated to issue refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms, take appropriate legal action against violators, and manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property.
These Legal Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Legal Terms.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We have no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access the Services during any downtime or discontinuance.
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States. You irrevocably consent that the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these Legal Terms.
The parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Informal negotiations commence upon written notice sent to dealsentryai@gmail.com.
If informal negotiations fail, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Douglas County, Nebraska. The language of proceedings shall be English. The governing law shall be the substantive law of Nebraska. No arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding on a class-action basis.
The following disputes are not subject to arbitration: (a) disputes seeking to enforce intellectual property rights; (b) allegations of theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or unauthorized use; and (c) claims for injunctive relief.
Any cause of action arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms or the Services must be commenced within 1 year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise it is permanently barred.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

Results are not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any real estate investment. All calculations are based solely on user-entered data. Actual investment results will vary significantly. Users should consult qualified real estate, financial, and legal professionals before making any investment decision. DealSentryAI assumes no liability for investment decisions made based on calculations provided by this tool.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (1) use of the Services; (2) breach of these Legal Terms; (3) any breach of your representations and warranties; or (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.

You are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. We shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data.

There is no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms.
